#1 AGING - can appear as fine lines, wrinkles (crows feet), sagging, and thin skin. Exposure to the sun without sunscreen will speed this process up. Products with anti oxidants help slow this process.
#2 ACNE - is a chronic inflammatory condition, resulting from excessive oil/sebum, debris, products, and dead skin blocking the pores which then become an open comedone (blackhead) or closed comedone (pimple/whitehead).
#3 HYPERPIGMENTATION- is when excess pigmentation is being produced. Appears as dark patches, (known as sun or liver spots).
#4 ROSACEA- is a chronic inflammatory disease of the face that appears similar to a red butterfly shape across the cheeks and nose area. It looks red with visible dilated blood vessels and some pimples.
#5 DEHYDRATED- is when the skin is lacking water/moisture and appears thin, with very small or invisible pores, or flaky and feels tight and itchy. When skin is dehydrated and left untreated it is more prone to early wrinkles and fine lines.
#6 SENSITIVITY- is when skin reacts to either a products, touch or temperature. The skin can become red, blotchy, itchy, swollen, tight or hot. This condition can be different week to week and is relieved with cool water.
#7 COUPEROSE- are small blood vessels that are visible at the surface of the skin from being broken or enlarged. They are usually treated best with laser treatment.
#8 ERYTHEMA- is a term used for redness or flushing on the face. Caused by elevated blood pressure or nervousness.
